How to attack a system?

Post by Nikratio »

How do I tell a fleet to attack a system as a whole using postures?

It seems to me that no matter what posture range I set (target only, target and nearby, system) the fleet always attacks the primary target first and - once that is destroyed - sits in the enemy system doing nothing.

Interestingly enough, the posture attack target remains set at the now destroyed unit, and the fleet periodically tries to attack it again (i.e., for a few seconds the non-existent posture target becomes the direct attack target).
