[1.08.01b] Hydra planets always have level 4 Atmospheric hazard.

I've noticed during my frequent rerolling that Hydra planets seem to have a 100% chance of being created with an Insidious atmosphere, I have never seen them roll anything else at the biosphere stage.

This might be intended, but it's not mentioned in the planet class description, so I'm thinking it might be an oversight.

Good point, I am adjusting that chance a bit for the next open beta.

The same is true for Morgana class as well it seems, just did a quick test.
