Edit: Please disregard. I had set the game to hard and did not realize it.

Starting on Regular difficulty, I started with a 0% income tax.
By my understanding, on such a low difficulty it should be more around 30%.

Income Tax only comes in Steps of 10%.

Do you mean the Sales Tax, wich comes in steps of 25%?
