Upgrade preorder

I have preordered WITE 2 and did not see the upgrade to the manual and physical copy. Is there a way the do it or is it to late once ordered?

but i'd say your too late imo, but also not 100% sure so ask, as you needed to order it at the same time of pre order, but ask support to be sure, the sooner the better also

I would imagine you will need to do like what you would do at a check out. Cancel the order. Redo the order process from the start.

I just spoke with our support team. We don't actually have the tools on the back-end to upgrade an order to physical with our new store yet, so unfortunately while I'd like to help you we can't at present. We do plan to add a physical upgrade in the future, so please keep an eye on that as it will be the best way to address this for you.
