What to play, what to play

Post by MrsWargamer »

Staring at the monitor, so many icons, so many games.

What to play, what to play.

Tactical is such an easy default. But, I want to just jump into the deep end :)

I think I'm getting out the manuals, and I'm diving into my most expensive computer wargame, and I'm going to master it or freak out trying :)

World in Flames it is. Regardless of how deep this part of the pool is. Time to fish or cut bait on this one.

What you can't see is the massive sum of emulated Android titles.

I hate that game, it's so unrealistic. Everything that's rubbish about IGOIGO. I fill the bin, I empty the bin, I fill the bin, I empty the bin.... I mean how is that true to life? If they could make it WEGO or IGOUGO I'd worship at that alter. IGOIGO is just a religion.

If Recycle Bin was ever in the Matrix Sale one could consider it - until then, give it a wiiiiiide berth.

Oh no! Filling it up then emptying it is so enjoyable! Especially if you fill it with the empties from alcoholic beverages!

It is not deep: they are still building it...

Lol i threw out alot of games, esp on Steam. Just too many are terrible. One thing keep me relaxing is Everquest II, huge amount of money wasted on World of Warcraft.

Ah yes, Mrs. Wargamer, World in Flames it is, and hope you enjoy it. The manuals are simply lovely, and I usually never order the physical ones.

Anyway, posted years ago that WiF hotseat was the best Eastern Front experience I ever had. It still holds true, so much so that I am waiting on ordering WitE 2.

Best wishes!

I thought World in Flames was a current events program. [:D]

I thought the recyle bin is where we will all end up? Thus, it is the repository of WEGO?

Though, I remember a line from years ago, "I'll go to your funeral if you come to mine." Will IGOUGO work?

Well, there's always the plan, and then the actual results :)

Yesterday I played a round of Battle Academy. Allied Special Ops. Today it was Axis Special Ops. It looks like the wise play, is hunker down in the center, and not deploy too far forward. My allies sure dominated yesterday. I won big as Axis, but they got some lucky hits on my defensive armour. Wait? weren't my stugs supposed to be ambushing them :)

I'm dealing with late winter funk I think. Having trouble doing anything that takes more than a minimum level of effort.

I do believe that you are thinking of Soylent Green instead of the recycling bin. [;)]
