No, you don't have to change a thing - the manual will arrive either way. For some locations, we're told Royal Mail may actually be best, but mainly we're just trying to give enough information that each customer can make their own informed decision.

I forgot to check the box for the digital boxed edition. I really want the manual. Is there any way to cancel my order and reorder with the boxed edition? Am hoping so since the game is not released yet.

I want the manual but I do not know what I have done in the pre-order. I clicked the cart, proceed and then I pay. I thought the manual, (hard copy) included. The followings are what I receive by email from The Slitherine Group. Does it mean the manual would be sent to me too? If no, please advise what should I do the transaction in order to get the hard copy of the manual.

Hi folks,

Unfortunately with our new store we don't have the tools on the back-end to upgrade an existing order to physical, so unfortunately while I'd like to help you we can't at present. We do plan to add a physical upgrade in the future, so please keep an eye on that as it will be the best way to address this for you.

Regards,

- Erik

Please advise whether the order of manual (hard copy) can be made separately? It is a simple thing to do. Upgrade is a big deal!

Please say I can download the soft copy of the manual otherwise I need to cancel the order. A game without a manual is not playable. Therefore, the game discs together with manual (hard copy) to be sent is reasonable assumed. I would ask the customer to check manual (hard copy) not wanted instead of the reverse. The administration impresses me.

Every copy of the game includes the manual. The digital download comes with an E-Book PDF version of the manual. The physical copy includes the full hardbound printed manual.

Twice I attempted to purchase WITE II with hardbound rules volume with 2 different Master Cards, and both times the transaction was not able to complete. Simply with a message to contact Blue Snap.

Submitted a support ticket to Slitherine.

Blue Snap website is definitely not designed for the end user. Basically spaghetti code, but was finally able to submit a ticket. Not fun.

Anyone else having problems?

Hi. I am in Australia. I have been trying unsuccessfully to purchase Wite2 hardcopy through Slitherine using royal mail. Twice now I get to the processing point and the sales gets to the processing stage and then freezes with a "java script return false" comment in the corner of the screen. Can you help?

Great suggestion, I will try that. Was using Chrome. Thank you very much. Worst case I could do Paypal if all else fails.

Thanks, greatly appreciated,

Hi. It's the man from oz again. I tried a different browser with no luck. So then I tried a different computer altogether. Still no luck. The card is a master-card debit card. Could that be what is doing it?

No, it shouldn't be related with credit card.
So, if it's not your browser security settings, it can be your anti-virus (or other Internet security program) that is interfering, or alternatively something is broken in your OS.

Strange that this would repeat on multiple different computers and browsers. Was the security software the same on all? If you could please contact our Help Desk through our support center or via support@matrixgames.com, they may need to troubleshoot this more closely with you to figure it out.

This was an issue with processing the payment method. Has this resolved for you when you tried PayPal?

For support, always go through us - you don't need to go through BlueSnap.

Just to confirm, this original error was definitely an issue with the browser/security configuration on the original system but since you haven't been able to get it working on other systems, please contact our Support folks as outlined above so that they can work directly with you.

For what it's worth, I used Paypal for my order and the order went through without a hitch.

Mission accomplished. It was the card. I dont know why. Plenty of money. Biggest bank in Australia. But as soon as I did it with a different card it went through without a hitch.

Are we able to apply Anniversary coupons to this purchase?

I keep getting code not found, even though I am inputting the entire code including discount percentage.

Trying this on Firefox currently; my other issues in not being able to complete the transaction was on Chrome.

Frustrating.

Thanks in advance for any advice!
