TF not moving

A certain TF of mine has been sitting in one hex for the last 3 turns. I've already changed the TF #, type, destination, and TF extra instructions over the course of the last 3 turns. So anybody got any ideas as to why it has stayed put?

The screen shot is really key, but without it the most likely reason is that the TF could be set on "remain on station". The screen shot will tell if that is the case.
I am not an expert but that's my guess.
