[1.08.03b]Retirmenet Cards issues

The Description and Result of the Retirement cards seems incorrect:
- Tracking of critical success and failure does not seem to be in effect. Wich would make sense, given the very wierd rolls. But it is still indicated in the result
- The Double Result/Normal Result/Half Result/0 Result data does not seem to apply to these cards. There is a bianry failure/sucess combination. Yet the Description and Results still mention it
- there is no indicate that failing a card with attached money value will result in no money being taken/money only having to be paid on sucess
- there is no indication that failing the Zero Retirement Plan will be treated as a Job Promise
