#Anniversary Coupons

Have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge to apply my Anniversary coupon to no avail- keep getting "... Coupon not found".

I suppose I could try Opera or Opera GX as well. But overall it does not seem to like Anniversary Coupons. Anyone have success using their coupons?

I have several and would like to enjoy them.

Kind regards,
Jean-Claude

I was able to use one of my coupons. Hopefully yours can be sorted out!

I also had problem with credit card transactions and using Anniversary Coupon. It appears that the Anniversary Coupon will expire despite transaction failure. The Matrix support was so kind in providing me with new coupon (more than once!) while I made attempts to sort out the credit payment issue. Eventually I gave up credit card and made the pre-order by using Paypal with new Anniversary Coupon provided by Matrix support.

To the Powers that be:

Issues to date:

- Original issue was being unable to have a Credit Card Transaction process correctly on various Browsers;
- Tickets submitted, but no response except from Blue Snap;
- Found that I have Anniversary Coupons, decided to apply them, to no avail;
- Have tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, and Opera GX with same result;
- Tickets submitted for this new issue with no response so far;
- Original ticket was submitted March 8, 2021.

This is really turning into a test of resolve, which it should not be. Making it impossible to *actually* purchase your product, is a poor way of attracting and keeping customers, much less having them willingly spend money.

I don't have to do this, probably would not have time to even play it, but I feel it is essential to support Gary. I can always wait, and purchase on the secondary market: if I can afford this now, I will be able to afford it at a higher price in the future. Big deal. But I sure as hell won't be buying from Matrix/Slitherine
moving on.

Simply shouldn't be this hard to purchase something online in 2021.

Thank you and I apologize for the frustration. 99.9% of orders are going through smoothly, I'm not sure why it's not working in your case. Please do not pursue with Blue Snap, pursue it with our support. We have no control over Blue Snap, we provide support for our own store.

Please e-mail support@matrixgames.com if you haven't already done so. I'll ask our support and store admins to give your issue their full attention.

Regards,

- Erik

Are we still expecting to see the release of the War in the East 2 program file download today?

Hi Erik:
Yes they did contact me about my coupons- apparently all were outside of usage period. Oh well. Though they never did contact me about my prior issue. BlueSnap responded but no one else.

I changed the funding source of my Paypal to the card I used originally, and the transaction went through successfully.

Thank you.

Have the physical copies been sent yet? I pre-ordered the game with the manual.

Hi James,

From the start, we've said on the store page that we expected to start shipping physical copies when the first batch of 1000 manuals arrive by air around April 16th. That remains the plan. Those that didn't make it into the first 1000 orders will ship our in May, when the remaining manuals arrive by sea. No orders have shipped at present and we don't expect any to ship until around April 16th. It will then take several days to work through the first 1000 orders given the COVID restrictions in the warehouse.

Regards,

- Erik

Erik Thank you for your reply.

I should have read all the info on the store page (When will I learn!) or if I did I forgot it.

You don't until/unless you get a shipment notification. But presumably most people who pre-ordered (but not at all) should get it. I ordered hours after the pre-order page released on the 2nd but still haven't gotten a shipment notice yet, but others have.
