You spend 1/2 of your arty points on a 155 battery and during its first fire mission 'tube-1' malfunctions, taking the rest of the battery down with it.

(Why I always toggle tube-1 'off'!)

Or...You shut off the first two tubes of your 155 so it doesnt malfunction early in the game
Then later in the game, set the perfect arty mission to cripple your opponent, but your last two tubes are out of ammo and you forgot to turn the first two back on!!!

I'd say Bel nailed my least favorite. ALWAYS happens. Try and remember to use the "F" key, don't click on the target, if it passes a morale check, it'll dodge your mouse pointer and lure you to your death! :p

You reminded me of something worse I did once...ONCE!: turned a Tiger's main gun off to MG some infantry, then forgot to turn it back on. During my opponent's turn he recognized that this Tiger was 'toothless' and pounced on it with a pack of T-34's! :(

You waste 50 rounds from your tanks trying to kill a snotty little PzIIIf (Never happened to me but it's fun watching it happen to my opponent).
