Italy declares war on France
No other DoW's
Japan takes the special action of politically forcing the closure of the Burma Rd.
US had no interest in this turn of events.

US was very concerned about the widening war in Europe and another marker was added to the Ger/Ity Pool

Italy mobilises its Reserves with Militia forming in Rome and Milan, as well as a Garrison stationed in Turin and 4th Inf deployed to Genoa
