I also see the need to clear the win loss ratio. In WitE1, when I try to re-use a dismissed leader, he often was dismissed again in one to two turns. That leader became practically unusable after dismissal.

On (b), I think those initials are actually the "headings" standing for the different ratings of leaders:

Political-Morale-Initiative-Admin Mech-Inf-Air (P-M-I-A M-I-A)
