new.10 game. The Welsh aren't normally reluctant to fight. Arrived normally in my other .10 game, and in every other game I've played

If it says "forming" that means there is a chance each turn it does.

It gives me the feeling that this latest update has increased the randomness, it has already happened to me in 2 games (with a French troop and an English troop) they arrived in 1940, in previous versions I think they always arrived in 1939.

Alvaro - clearly the formula for delay must have changed and the UK reserves always appeared in '39. Has it changed for the Russian too? That will make life even more difficult.

Another issue that depends on randomness,
in PBEM V1.00.1, France despite having the maximum lab since the first turn in tech antitank, got it on June 21, this can be fatal, I suppose it has been bad luck, I have never received it so late before.
