Now, where to go? I can stay in the same position or move. South west of Iceland, looks like two fleets have joigned maybe to consume only one supply oiler and stay longer at sea. These fleets will protect the North Atlantic convoy lane for sure.

Checking the enemy forces, I see that the Allies have 11 + 3 = 14 escorts left.

The North Atlantic convoy lane has 8 escorts. So I can expect that the South Atlantic convoy lane has 14 - 8 = 6 escorts. I don't assume that there are escorts elsewhere since I have no subs there.

I decide to attack the South Atlantic convoy lane despite the unknown ships in the area.

Meanwhile, in Egypt, Canadian troops take up their positions in Alexandria and Cairo.

The convoy attack was successful with another 4 MM sunk. The unknown ships have left the convoy lane and are returning to Brest, most probably for the oil supply.

As expected, I have found 6 escorts in the South Atlantic convoy lane.

I decide to divide my three sub groups and once again threaten the North Atlantic convoy route.
