Trouble downloading

I tried to download the sound upgrade package, but it keeps asking for username and password.
Is this not a free programme? Please advice.

He doesn't ask me, do you use a firewall and a Dowload-Manager?

No, I used the "RealDownload" Programme.I don't recall I setup a firewall on it.
When I go straight to the FTP site, it asked the same thing, saying that the site don't accept annoymous login.
