game does not run on MSI => remove Nahimic 2

I spent a significant amount of time trying all I could to run the game with no luck, until I saw the solution on one of the post (thanks to whoever found it [&o]). Since it solved my issues, I thought I would make a post with the solution in the title to help others find it quicker.

I killed this stupid program and removed it from the startup applications

just a few more to add to the mix, helps for most games tbh

make sure you disable any overlay software,
like MSI Afterburner,
NVIDIA GeForce Experience Overlay,
AMD Overlay,
Discord Overlay etc,
game recording software,..
Xbox overlay, this list goes on and on,.....

as any of these may interfere with the game, any game your having issues with etc etc.

install the game as admin and running the game as admin should setup the correct file permissions to run with most AV & firewall programs, some 3rd party poor ones may need to add a exception manually.
