replenished from port with 0 fuel passed check

I was trying to rearm torpedo + type88 mine + gun to a sub in a level 2 port with fuel 0. system said there is no fuel to replenish. but result in rearm OK. supply was charged both from AS and port.

Is there a question here? Fuel and supply requirements are handled separately. It is normal for a sub to get supplies from an AS and fuel from the port. Submarines cannot take a fuel transfer from any vessel, including other subs. The port has to have fuel.

I have set the port with 0 fuel. and it should fail to replenish right?

The port rearmed the gun.

The AS provided replenishment torpedoes/mines.

Where ships are disbanded in port, a left click on the replenish button seeks a refuel, a right click a re-arming.

Where you direct a TF to replenish from a port, it will try to do both.

Also, having fuel at the port is kind of a necessity. Otherwise the ship will just sit there....GP
