Reinstqlling games

Please forgive my stupid question. [&:] I am not gifted in computer skills. Bought a new laptop. Now have to go through the painful process of reloading/reinstalling/updating all my games. I know to log-in to "my page" and all my registered games appear. Where I am clueless is understanding what I'm seeing. I don't know what to download. I am confused by the new three choices: Canada East, Canada East (but with different numbers), and Europe. I'm in the US. What do I download?

download the version from the nearest server and the numbers mean how many are on it atm, so if ones full pick another

Location of server ... of course ... Boy, do I feel stupid. I now understand. Why that didn't dawn on me I have no idea. It simply didn't. Thanks for the fast reply.

How do I install older versions?
All I see in "my page" is v1.03
