CLOSED Axis opponent wanted for the Southwestern front scenario

Hi, I'm a solid (but not strong - kinda "know the rules and beat the AI at normal in the other witX games" guy) player, I'm searching for a human Axis opponent to do the "Destruction of the Southwestern Front" scenario and learn a bit more of the game.

House Rules:

FOW yes please.
No lock HQ (I will lock it, but don't want to force the other player).
No AI Air Assist lock (same, you can still use it or not in game, I would like to use it sometimes, but I still like to play with planes).
NO ENHANCED TB (No Rommel in Russia PLZ!).
