Leningrad Scenario - KM Amphibious HQ

I can't seem to figure out how to use this unit. I've read the manual but I'm still confused. Any explanation would be helpful ... thanks.

Um, it should not be in the scenario. It is no longer in the Campaign 41 scenario.

Honestly, I didn't think that unit was in the scenario. I thought we only had it in the Stalingrad to Berlin. There was some debate on the dev team whether to have a German amphib and although we allowed it in StoB, we didn't want it in Campaign 41 (and I thought RtL). Will have to look into that. In any case, the rules for using it are the same as for using the Soviet amphib. You can find the rules for amphibious units in section 24 of the manual.
