How to transfer units from Something other than reserve ?

I have enhanced control on and im struggling to to basically get units from map into reserves and units that are supposed to arrive to me to be redirect to Africa or Western europe already got 4 setbacks in 3 turns in Africa so i want to reinforce it with more than couple of flak guns and stugs i found in my reserve Im kinda lost at this.

Right click the unit in the theater box and you will see transfer options. If a unit has an orange header, transfer is not an option.

Not in theater box that works i meant in map which i sorta figured out(movements points plus distance and railway) and changing transfer destinations for units that will get transfered on subsuqent turns.

ok, I think I understand. From map it has to be on a rail line and have SMP. Change HQ option should include other TBs.
