The CW player draws another sigh of relief. This much excitement can not be good for my sanity. [:D]

The Combined Allied Fleet decide to abandon the North Sea, and aborts towards Liverpool, Gibraltar, and Bordeaux.

Edit: Forgot to add Gibraltar to the list of ports that ships aborted to.

Axis finds in the Red Sea, with minimal number of surprise points (1). Axis rolled 3, while Allies rolled 1.

The results on the CW ships are 2 aborts.

Sorry for the delay. I made a click in error and had to recreate the naval combat from the beginning.

How will the results on the Italian ships be applied? And what is the abort port for any Italian ships returning to port?

Impulse #4 (Allies)

No strategic bombing.

CW fly three ground strike missions.
1) LND2 versus hex 83,57, with the OOS Italian MECH, in Egypt.
2) LND3 versus the German Army in Lille. This mission can be reinforced with one FTR2.
3) LND3 versus the Luftwaffe, and panzer, assets in Brussels.

Germany has two FTR2, and two FTR3, available for interception. Germany also has one AA in Brussels that can fire on the Brussels raid. Only the Brussels FTR2 can intercept the raid targeting the Lille Army.

Will Germany intercept any of the raids?

If not, will Germany fire their AA on the Brussels raid?

The AA rolls were 1, 7, 10, 10, 9. A pesky one in the way for an heroic effort by the AA crews.

And in Brussels the only target hit was the AA and it was going to disorganize anyway. [:)]

No luck with the ground strike in Egypt either. [:)]

Seems that CW used up their luck in the air to air combat.
