Mass reassign support units in CR

It would be nice to be able to reassign all selected support units to a particular HQ in the Commander's Report. I'm mostly thinking of, for example, selecting all support units with <50% TOE and reassigning them to OKH/STAVKA/etc. (on a NSS) for refit, or taking all the support units from one corps and reassigning them to a different corps.

I guess there's no reason to limit it to just support units, but I don't know why you'd want to do it with combat units.
