Status on Profile bonuses?

So I read that some profile bonuses are not implemented yet in the game: http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/fb.asp?m=4920420

I quote:
Democracy. QoL bonus of democracy has no effect / is not implemented yet.
Meritocracy: food&credits/pop bonus has no effect / is not implemented yet.

What is the status on these? When are these going to be implemented? Anything else not implemented of the profile bonuses?

The Meritocracy Credits per Pop bonus definitely works. It's a huge boost and goes directly into your treasury.
Not affiliated with Slitherine. They added it to my name when they merged the Slitherine and Matrix account systems.

I think the Meriotocracy food bonus also had effect.

Just be aware that they seem to apply on the zone level.
