Amphibious invasion of England note

It has become my habit to take the German marine unit and sneak it up into northern England. The AI does not react, so that little understrength Marine unit ends up running rampant and taking over the entire northern half of England. Originally I did this thinking it would divert some English unit from France (it doesn't seem to).
