Nah. I barely have time to play a couple of AE turns against the AI each week. The only thing on my near term radar to purchase is Distant Worlds 2, which will be a release day purchase.

Nah. I barely have time to play a couple of AE turns against the AI each week. The only thing on my near term radar to purchase is Distant Worlds 2, which will be a release day purchase.
I have the game. When I have free time I read some of the manual. But I haven't played it yet. I do have the original game. Played that a little....GP

I hear that. and thanks to others who have responded. Sad in a way. In the grownup world, we just don't have the time but developers keep making games with such insane levels of detail and micromanagement that completing one campaign.....more challenging PBEM vs. AI, can be a lifetime's achievement award.
Still.....I heard some people have gotten thru some scenarios of WItE2 quickly. I tried WitE as it was gifted to me. It was ......typical modern GG.....intimidating in it's detail. Makes me yearn for the days of 8bit War in Russia or PC Second Front.
speaking of micromanagement......trying some Bombing the Reich. Now THAT was cancel your life to play the game material
