Make Kronstadt attackable

Kronstadt can not be taken, even if it's a starved out Ghosttown.

Yes it is an island but as the Kronstadt rebellion proved, it could still be attacked and taken by land.

Please make Kronstadt a hex across a major river from the south. You can limit it to a one hex border to make it more difficult. At least this would open Leningrad being able to be supplied by sea, as Finland is not a supply source and doesn't supply Leningrad.

I believe that Kronstadt is vulnerable from the north across the straits. I could be wrong though. I know I have captured it as the Axis a few times in playtesting but it has been a while and things may have changed along the way.

There is a ferry from the north
Also if you want to improve this area then need to ask to improve Kronshtadt fort unit and add Soviet Baltic Fleet. The game still ignores that on flanks of German advances was Naval Fleets.

Yes something like an Amphib HQ that provides support but no invasion capability would be appropriate. Same for the Germans for that matter, they did use KM ships for fire support in 44.

Finnish bay frozes almost every year around Kronstadt so in theory it SHOULD be possible attack over ice...
