something strange in this Scenario the germans still arrive at air bases
at Stalingrad even when they are occupied by the russians

the game engine may lack a check to verify the set arrival hex/unit is still friendly.

I'm not clear on what German units are arriving at the Stalingrad airbases. You attached turn 17 for both sides but I don't see any German units in the Soviet rear. Are you talking about reinforcement arrival of some kind?

BTW, when I load your saves in I'm seeing black hexes in some of the coastal hexes. Are you seeing this?

BTW, when I load your saves in I'm seeing black hexes in some of the coastal hexes. Are you seeing this?

I was able to identify issue when tile art is loaded incorrectly when it is saved with map weather setting different from "Air-Ground" (show both ground and air weather). Will fix it in next patch.

Hi there,
Something similar is happening to me in the StB campaign. Unless i play axis myself, whatever soviet unit being put in hexes 273,161 and 272,160 are displaced during axis turn and the hexes switch side.
I have play this axis turn and looked for a isolated HQ somewhere on the map but there seem to be none in sight. This has been happening for 3 turns in a row, ever since ive first noticed it (the front line is now near Rostov yet this keeps on happening, which is why ive noticed it).

Yesterday, a tester reported a similar bug with those exact two hexes flipping. Was able to recreate it from both your saves and sent it to Gary to look into. Thanks for the report. I assume this may be similar to the problem in the initial post.

I had the same issue in the Stalingrad to Berlin scenario. No units arrive, but the two hexes flip sides every turn.

Same problem with no change of ownership on Pitomnik hex

We've fixed this problem in a version we just put into internal testing. It's unique to the StoB and RAR scenarios. You can email us at 2by3@2by3games.com if you want us to try to email you an early copy of the exe so you can test it out.

Thanks - easy fix is leaving a RD by the airfields. Good learning scenario. I need to concentrate more on the AI air superiority management as the VVS is taking a beating on auto.
Noted in this scenario that the AI also seems to have a fascination with air supplying into the Dnepr swamp for no apparent good reason? Doesn't affect this scenario for learning purposes, but???
