It is! I am Slovak, so that is the sole reason why I chose it :) Never played the game.

From someone who hasn't played V&V as a boardgame I am glad you are considering an optional FOW and that AI will be implemented. I enjoyed TOTH and lately the Lock & Load Tactical Digital games, and I will certainly be interested in buying the Matrix V&V game. I hope there will be a decent AI and multiplayer both.
