[1.08.06] Crash when opening Avg. Zone Happiness and Zone Hunger regime statistics

Whenever I open Avg. Zone Happiness and Zone Hunger regime stats, my game crashes.
This problem does not occur on other game sessions I have.

I will upload these debugs in separate text files because the forum has a 7-day account restriction from "posting telephones".
