Unit Tile size in Upper Right

I'm a beginner, enjoying the game, and have been using the forums to help adjust the graphics as best I can for my monitor resolution (2160x3480). One thing that I struggle with as a beginner is tracking my units when stacked. The group composition popup/hotkey is nice for this, but I'd love to use the top right unit display to show the stacks. I know this can be done by right clicking, but it gives very tiny versions of the unit tiles. Is there a way/setting to make those tiles the same size that the tiles appear on the board and in the group composition popup? It seems like a lot of things are configurable/adjustable so I thought I'd ask about this.

Also, on the off chance I missed it when looking, I'd love to be able to resize the right hand button panel, is that possible?

Additional note, the graphics scaling feature doesn't seem to impact these tiles. Even with scaling up the tiles in the new unit panel (composition mode) are tiny.
