On map factory symbols

Gary Grigsby’s War in the West 1943-45 is the most ambitious and detailed computer wargame on the Western Front of World War II ever made. Starting with the Summer 1943 invasions of Sicily and Italy and proceeding through the invasions of France and the drive into Germany, War in the West brings you all the Allied campaigns in Western Europe and the capability to re-fight the Western Front according to your plan.

On map factory symbols

Post by Chris21wen »

Another question relating to the air war, this is real hard work and shouldn't be.

I'm trying to display the on map factory symbols for Germany after I executed the air turn. The fatcory location button only display your factories. Is there a way of viewing the Axis factories as you can when planing air directives below?

no, that map mode is linked to that particular air directive.

The other map mode shows you where there are factories and if you mouse over you'll see what is there (subject to your recon level)
