Support for turning off AI

When both sides are ticked, after simming, It would be nice if there was more than a small window of opportunity to shut off the stupid ai. As it is I have the options screen open clicking and clicking waiting for a new phase to begin so that there might be a hope to untick those boxes.[&o]

To clarify, it takes a lot of patience and clicking of the boxes before my game will untick those boxes as the ai turn rolls along.
