Cargo capacity of a base

Post by nidaren »

Hello Everyone,

I recently got a bug to play DW again <3

Was trying to figure out the cargo capacity of a base, found a formula in this thread: [unable to post links on forum yet]
3) For bases the situation is a little more complex.

The nominal* maximum cargo of a base is given by:

4 x [(number of cargo bays) x (cargo bay capacity)] - 500

I was wondering where does the 4x multiplier comes from, is it simply a way to designate that the container mounted inside the base simply allows for more cargo?

Second question: Is there maybe a mod that would add this info to the design/base plate?

Thank you!
People were created to be loved. Things were created to be used. The reason why the world is in chaos is because things are being loved and people are being used.
