Boxed Edition Manual?

Does the boxed edition have a printed manual?

Hi,

It's a Deluxe edition release, which means a box and DVD, but the manual is digital only

(mainly as Vic is planning to update it as the game evolves!)

Usually it says "ST" or something about the manual for the hard edition.

OK, thanks. The hard manual is my only reason for the boxed edition.

I believe Vic has said that there will be a hardback version "eventually" after many updates are finished.

At 300+ pages, this manual deserves a hardcover version!

I was making-do with a laser-printed copy, but it wasn't much more convenient than the .pdf, so I had a copy of the manual printed and bound by a professional printers, because I need it because old-man-reasons.
It arrived in the post today, and I have to say that the quality of the manual that Vic has produced is amazing. It can be truly appreciated when printed out. It is just like having an old-school ASL or Rolemaster rulebook to hand.

I had mine spiral-bound so that I can open it completely or fold it back.

Can't wait for an official printed version to be available.

I am enjoying writing notes in margins and paper-clipping addendum.
Some of the incredible detail in the observations from the forum are going in there too.

More of the world’s resources wasted when a perfectly good electronic version exists. We should think before printing.

I made some notes on the differences between the old and new manuals (1.09) so that I can pencil in and otherwise update my printed manual.
