Soviets use Rumanian Equipment at start

See the captured section of the production screen - the Soviets start the 1941 campaign with 23 units equipped with Rumanian 122mm guns - seems a bit counter-intuitive. Are they supposed to be old guns no longer in production that the Rumanian are expected to capture - and then will appear in Rumania's list a Rumanian native (not captured) weapons?

That will be fixed in the next data+scenario update. Was an error in the OB for those Corps Artillery Bns.
