Trying to desperately to thopter bomb my bitter enemy's ICBM launching complex, how long does it take to get them operational? Just wondering why he has not bombed me yet.

I neveer had a opportunity to check how damage and the building process interact.

If it works like normal structural damage, then it might already be finished - but also have too much Structural Damage to be useable.

It kinda works like a regular unit, you should wait until it hits 100% readiness to use it, after that you're free to make an indirect attack worldwide

Yep, also they're super weak and vulnerable, so even if the enemy has AA defenses, a couple of missile launchers might destroy it

Yup managed to destroy them with my thopters before they were able to launch.
