Map/Counter Mod? -> PanzerMike

Can't wait for PanzerMike to put our a counter/map mod for WPP. Don't get me wrong, the NATO counters are still very good.

Al was kind enough to release some graphics files for modders to use. Like you, I swear by PanzerMike’s Warplan mods. Hopefully we’ll see it soon. Thanks Al and thank you to all the modders out there doing yeoman”s work.

PanzerMike's unit mods are outstanding, they are my default. His Scorched Earth scenario is a great piece of work too. Unfortunately, PanzerMike has been missing from the forum for almost a year now. I hope he is alright and doing well.

Gosh, I hope he is okay. I tested PanzerMike’s Warplan mod on this game, and found that most of the files work. The Ocean, Tiles, and Resource files do NOT work and will need updating, but everything else seems correct, (including tileFill).

There have been some terrain updates (v1.0.1) like additional rivers and some other terrain that would need to be added to be current. Alvaro and I tried to contact him via PM last year but got no reply. Although his last post was in June 2020 his last login into his account was in September 2020. Since then no sign of him here.
