Italy after capitulation

- Italy HI, ARM etc. seems to still produce for the Italy pool, shouldn't it be treated as German occupied?

- It seems there is no import of Italien equipment that was still being produced in the occupied territories into the German pool.

- in WITW there was a variety of Italian units that came in after the capitulation, these don't seem to be included?
