I can probably do a few turns per day on less busy days, with usually at least one on a few busier ones. I usually play:FOW ON
Advanced weather ON
Allied damage control ON
PDU ON
Historical first turn OFF
Surprise ON
Reliable USN torps OFF
Realistic R&D ON or OFF? (I don't mind)
NO unit withdrawals OFF
And some other ones like the below, rest to be discussed.
1st turn rules: (if using non-historical start)
Allied player only able to command TF already at sea
No transferring or loading of squadrons
No Japanese invasion TF will finish the turn more than 15 hexes from a starting Japanese base + no Mersing Gambit on turn 1 (turn 2 is fair)
1. POLITICAL POINTS
Units with permanently restricted HQ’s must not cross national Borders.
Units with temporarily restricted HQ’s must pay full PP to transfer to non-restricted HQs before moving across national Border. (no cheesing)
2. STRATEGIC BOMBING
No strategic bombing in or out of China until : Anywhere from 4/43 to start of 1944
No Chinese City bombing until 1944.
No bombing of Chinese Industry
No 4 E naval bombing below 10,000ft
