why do my challenges not appear on the screen

I created a challenge including password.
It does not show on the screen for people to accept. Why is that?
The challenge shows only my screen, right column, and is locked. Why is that?

by the way, I am seeking an Allied player for 1939 unmodified campaign, preferably experienced but not expert level.

I see your challenge under the open challenges of the PBEM sight, but it is locked for having a password.

If you want an open challenge, you would not put a password into the site. As it is, no one could accept or join a game against you without having the password. That is why it showing locked on your screen.
