How come every time I choose nemisis he starts next to me on map even when I choose robinson curso as well LOL

It might depend on your difficulty level. Hard+ you get a major neighbor for sure.

It also will inevitably depend on the size of the map. On a small map it's pretty likely that you will spawn close to the major simply because there isn't much space to maneuver

Planet generation and especially Major placement is bad. There is no shortage of games where you start sharing a border with 1, 2 or even all Majors at gamestart. The worst I saw was:
South - Southpole
West - A Lake
North, NorthWest, North East, East - the 4 majors of that map.
