The US subs had a horrible torpedo the Mark 14.

Here is a 30 minute or so video that explains just how bad the torpedo was and why it took so long to fix.

Well my Japanese subs are just as bad...they all appear to be midget subs.

My experience so far is that all subs are useless. Maybe useful for blockading small islands.
