Hotkey 'set HQ to STAVKA or OKH'

I would really appreciate this function.

Is it just me, but I spend an awful lot of time setting broken/retreated/refitting units to STAVKA to keep my fronts under their command capacity? It adds up to a lot of clicks.

I would also appreciate "Assign all to HQ", ie when selecting several units by holding shift it would be nice if I could assign all of them to the same HQ (select from a list as per normal), instead of going through them one by one clickety-clicking away.
