Change in UI request.

I am not sure if this should go under wishlist or what, but there is a needed change to the UI.

Especially as the Allies I need to be able to have the production tab and the convoy tab open at the same time. The US and UK have to ship supplies to India, Australia, and New Zealand (most importantly oil), but how much to ship depends upon the current stockpile of oil.

So, I have to look at the Major country production and stockpile, then switch to the minor country, then switch to the convoy tab, etc.

The convoy screen already tells you that.

Left side shows PP stockpile, Oil stockpile, MMs, MMs used for convoy creation this turn
Middle Shows max you can ship.
Right shows target country's stockpiles of PP and Oil.
