Scenario - Destruction of SW Front - VI Rum Corps

In the Destruction of SW Front Scenario, the following two on-map Rum. units are assigned to the VI Rum. Corps -

(a) 1st Rum. Cav. Bde (frozen for 7 turns)
(b) 18th Rum. Inf. Div (frozen for 15 turns)

However, the VI Rum Corps is not in use in the Scenario. Editor suggests that this unit has a delay of 250.
