Looking for beginner/intermediate Axis opponent

I am looking for an Axis opponent for a 1939 scenario with no more than ~3 multiplayer matches under their belt. I'm pretty much a rookie; knowledgeable with the game mechanics, but only limited multiplayer experience.

Hi, I have finished 3 PBEM games ( 1 Axis, 2 Allies ) and looking to play as Axis in a ELO game with standard rules ( no diplo on majors, barbarrosa on 1941, no diplo in Bulgaria )
