Ideas for additonal campaigns

Post by Blond_Knight »

After looking over the editor and scripts I started thinking about what other interesting campaigns could be covered.
It would have to be something early in the war to give the Japanese a snowballs chance of winning.
And it would need to be something that lasted several months.

1. A protracted battle for control of the Aleutian's.
2. Royal Navy commitment to defending the Bay of Bengal.
3. Early Soviet entry into the Pacific war.
4. A Chinese collapse.
5. A Soviet collapse.
6. Seizure of Los Angles and San Diego. (a favorite of mine when playing PTO on the Sega Genesis)

What do you guys think?

Maybe something with the philippines 44-45 would make a good scenario, that was a much bigger battle than the 1941 scenario could represent in only a few hexes

Idk about the small battles unless artillery are added as a separate unit, the game works great as a theatre or campaign game but in my opinion not as good at a tactical level, personally i think the Okinawa one is a little silly. I would like to see a full campaign starting in 44, a campaign scenario covering CBI (China, Burma, India theater could be good.
