How do you change the percentage of MPPs given by India to the UK?

I checked the convey event scripts and it doesnt seem to be there for the default national %. I wanted it to be possible to send up to 75% of India's MPP's.

Secondly how do you change/create/move the National Morale Locations - I made some map changes and just need to move some NMMs to the right locations now. Which layer is it in.

Lastly how do you make light tanks get 2 strikes with the armored warfare research completed?

To adjust MPP flow go into the war maps tab and then click on convoy map. Then click on the India flag and then you can change the percentage. Unfortunately you can only decrease it.

Light tanks never get two strikes, no matter what level of armored warfare or advanced tanks you reach. I have a Soviet light tank that has survived until 1945.. Even though I am maxed out on all tank research it still only has one strike.

I'm talking about in the Editor. Cant we modify both of these things?

I see. Well to modify light tanks go into Set Combat/Movement/Bonuses in the Campaign menu. Go to the light tank target and on the far right of the menu box you can set the number of strikes up to two max.

You'll have to amend the % in the Convoy script file.
Search for: #SENDER_ID= 54

Then change these two fields to the desired % in all the Indian convoy scripts (there are 10 of them):

#PERCENTAGE= 10
#MAX_PERCENTAGE= 10

These are set by making sure the coordinates of the location are included in the relevant National Morale script in this field:

Go to Campaign -> Edit Country Data -> Edit Research -> Advanced -> Upgrades -> Automatic Increments

This is the area where you can change things like this.
You'll probably want to use the Apply Data button at the bottom right to give the change to all countries.
