To apply: Unzip to the CMO installation directory, overwriting as necessary (backup the existing Command.exe, just in case)

Thanks. Says everything that I hadn't even noticed stuff wasn't working before it was fixed.

I got an error on startup because this download is missing the nini dll.
The boogabooga doctrine for CMO: Any intentional human intervention needs to be able to completely and reliably over-ride anything that the AI is doing at any time.

On nini, could just grab it from 1147.24 package.
